Steppin' Out Saturday

We spent the day at the beach at our lake yesterday. Sadly it wasn't the best day, as it was overcast and windy, but we still had a fun time! Roweyn wanted to jump right into the lake despite it being a little chilly. She tried to pull me in quite a few times! She had lots of fun playing in the sand and didn't even try to eat it, she only tried to drink the sand water we had in the bucket. haha

Steppin' Out Saturday

This is our first Steppin' Out Saturday! Mandy over at Harper's Happenings hosts this every Saturday and I have been wanting to do this for a while but I either didn't do anything so I was in my pjs all day or never got to take a photo. So I didn't have anything to post. I will admit that I cheated a little bit because I actually worked all day Saturday. So my photos are from today. Roweyn and I went to Roweyn's friend Kallie's birthday party. She turned one today! I forgot to take photos of Roweyn before we left, and she's napping right now, so her photos will be the ones I got at the party. I'm putting a little spin on this as well. I will also post a photo of my hair and tell you what I put in it. Since I'm a hairstylist, I think it makes sense to do this too. :)
